Finding your bra size can be tricky but we are here to help. Here are a couple quick tips to finding your ideal fit that brings you comfort and confidence.
Now, take your band measurement and subtract it from your bust measurement. If there is a two inch difference you're a B cup, a three inch difference is a C cup and a four inch difference is a D cup. If you are happy with your current size and shape, you're done! Just order the size based off the measurements you just took.
However, if you want a little more shape to your look or if your breast tissue has changed (pregnancy, nursing, weight fluctuation, hormonal changes, etc.) our inserts let you choose the cup size you want to be, not necessarily the cup size you just measured.
Example: Your band measurement is a 34" and your bust measurement was 36". Your true size is a 34B but you are more comfortable in a C cup. You would order a 34C and a Level 1 insert. If you are looking for more fullness, choose a Level 2.
Our inserts work to add fullness to your cup so you can get the shape you want, when you want it. They are filled with a water and oil mixture for natural looking volume and shape to your look.Three different sizes means you choose how much volume you want to add to your cup. For a smooth and flattering silhouette, make sure there is enough space in the cup for both your breast tissue and the inserts. (Level 1 fits best in sizes 32B and 32C.) Level 1 – 1.3 oz. Level 2 – 1.6 oz. Level 3 – 1.9 oz. TIP: Based on feedback, our cups are running a tad on the smaller side so size up if you are deciding between two sizes.
